For our partner Vilogia, which we met in 2019 at the International festival of social housing, bringing comfort and innovative tools to help their tenants and control their energetic expenses is a permanant goal. Vilogia, major player of the social housing in France, chose OGGA and our Eco-Touch solution to equip and connect this residence. In an experimental approach, the building is equipped with our Eco-Platform which monitors in real time the Forced ventilation System and the carpark doors. This system allows the landlord to predict any malfunction and anticipate repairs.
